In 2001, Jo Hodges and Liz Bell launched Fusion Film and Television with the purpose of providing professional and friendly production crews who worked together regularly – something they still believe is crucial in making sure every production runs smoothly. We’re a friendly and hugely experienced bunch you can rely on. We solve your crewing requirements with energy, honest passion and with a smile on our faces. We aim to make your life easier and stress-free and we’re very good at delivering your production requirements on budget and on time. Both Jo and Liz are dedicated to supporting diversity, equality and the next generation of tv and film-makers. They share their expertise in a monthly advice feature called ‘Ask Jo and Liz’ in the Guild’s Zerb magazine as well as their own podcast as part of The Tea Urn.
In 2013, both Jo and Liz became certified life coaches, NLP practitioners, and hypnotherapists. They use their combined experience to support and help those in the industry find balance within their busy and often stressful lives. Liz successfully published her first book ‘Who Am I?’, a self-help book of short, illustrated stories and they are both working on a second book which focuses on industry members looking to get into camera operating and improving their career prospects.
Most recently, Jo and Liz have collaborated on the soon-to-launch ‘The Tea Urn’, a community-spirited podcast promoting well-being and support for those already in the industry as well as those who wish to pursue a career in Film and TV.
Thanks for choosing to work with the team at Fusion Film & Television. We look forward to helping make your production a success!
